WAYNE
WOLF President

Wayne brings many years of manufacturing experience to CoachCrafters.
Wayne earned his Bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University
and an Industrial Relations Certificate from the University
of Minnesota. From 1979 to 1983, he was manager of personnel
and training for a medium sized manufacturing company. Wayne
joined CoachCrafters in 1983 as general manager of sales and
service. He was appointed vice president in 1986, and in 1987
he was appointed president. |

TOM QUAY
Vice President

Tom has an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering Technology.
Tom has over 25 years of experience in the bus rebuilding and
repair industry. He began his experience as a repair technician
with growing responsibility from mechanic to supervisor as well
as in purchasing and warranty administration. Tom was appointed
to Vice President and General Manager of CoachCrafters in 1988. |

WOLF Human Resource Manager

Anne has many years experience in human resources in both
public and private sector settings. She earned her Bachelors
degree from Bemidji State University and recently earned a Masters
degree from the University of Saint Thomas. |

MIKE
TUOHEY Accountant

Mike came to Coachcrafters in the spring of 2008. After
spending 35 years working for a public utility in Philadelphia,
Mike came south for the warm Florida weather. |

KYLE
CAIN Parts Department

Kyle started with CoachCrafters in April, 2006 as a welder
and mechanic's assistant. His background with two major auto
parts retailers made him a natural choice to head up the CoachCrafters
parts department when the position opened. |

JOHN
DICKARD Shop Manager john@coachcrafters.com
John came to Coachcrafters in 2006 with over 20 years of
experience as the shop manager with a local trucking company.
He is responsible for scheduling jobs and overseeing the workflow
in the shop for maximum productivity and minimal downtime for
our clients vehicles. |

ROBERT
HASELEU Technical Services Manager

Robert has more than 15 years of experience as a technician
in the automotive, and heavy truck industry. He made the move
to the bus industry in 2002 as a lead technician for a bus
dealership. In June of 2004, he joined CoachCrafters as Lead
Technician at the Florida facility.

JOE BOURGEOIS Paint Shop Lead
After spending 30 years painting heavy duty trucks and equipment in New England, Joe came south to Florida for warmer weather. He's been with CoachCrafters since 2009 and heads up the paint shop, scheduling the work and overseeing quality assurance. |

MIKE ZIMOVAN Sales Leader

Mike brought over 20 years of sales experience working for manufacturers and suppliers of heavy-duty commercial vehicle powertrain systems and components when he joined CoachCrafters in 2010. His prior experience working with public agencies offers him a keen insight regarding how to best serve this segment of the CoachCrafters customer base. |

JACKIE
GUERRA Administrative Assistant

Jackie organizes the Florida office and makes sure the administrative
side of things is running smoothly. Prior to joining CoachCrafters
in July of 2004, she served as administrative assistant with
a Promotional Company in South Florida, where she handled
sales and accounting responsibilites. |

AARON ATKINS Safety Officer
Aaron joined CoachCrafters in February, 2009 after spending six years as a maintenance supervisor at a production facility. Previously he was a mechanic for 17 years in northeastern Kentucky. Aaron has set up several safety initiatives, including making sure that several CoachCrafters staff members have a current CPR certification and know basic first aid and he continually seeks out ways to make the job place safer. |

RYAN Marketing and Pre-Owned Bus Sales

Anne brings over a decade of B2B marketing and corporate
web design experience to CoachCrafters. Prior to joining
CoachCrafters in March, 2009, Anne worked in the corporate
headquarters of a multi-unit retail organization with dual
roles in marketing and operations. |

SERVICE
TECHNICIANS
All CoachCrafters mechanics/service technicians
have both education and experience in bus repair, retrofits
and complete remanufacturing. The service technicians also
participate in on-going training designed to enhance their
current skill levels. CoachCrafters Service Technicians possess
certifications that include HVAC systems, D.O.T. inspections,
brakes, diesel engines, and structural and non-structural
paint and refinishing analysis and damage repair.
